A better understanding of the buying process will mean you can make the most out of all your customer interactions, including social media, emails, website copy, to phone calls, to maximise, and even save, potentially lost clients.

Understanding it means you’ll know what is working for you, and where you can add the value your clients are looking for, and ultimately get ahead of the competition.
